Information we offer is general and may vary depending on your local climate and micro climate. You should make your own enquiries as to suitability of a plant to your area, the height it grows and any other necessary information. Although every effort will be made to print and give accurate information, “Canopy Nursery” and its employees take no responsibility for any errors or omissions made.
DELIVERING YOUR ORDER
Delivery times provided by Canopy Nursery are an estimate only. Canopy will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damages related to late deliveries.
Orders will be dispatched within 7 days of receiving your order.
In extreme weather conditions some plant orders may be delayed until conditions are more favourable.
It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct delivery address when placing an order. Canopy Nursery will not be responsible for undeliverable or wrongly delivered orders resulting from an incorrect delivery address provided by you.
We will leave your order at a convenient location on your property. We are not be able to deliver up stairs or up steep slopes, we delivery to the closest, safest accessible point from the rear of the truck. Please take this into consideration so you can organise help to move plants if required.
Should you require the truck to enter your property it will be at your risk, we cannot be held responds able for damage it causes while on your property.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
If you placed your order by mistake, and call or email us, and if your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel your order and fully refund your money.
If the product you ordered is not the one you receive, or you receive it damaged or dead, please contact us and we will arrange the return, exchange or refund of your order.
Canopy Nursery strives for 100% satisfaction. All stock is quality checked before shipping. The customer is responsible for inspecting the products on delivery and advising us within 24 hours of any fault or damage. Plants must be unpacked, checked and watered on delivery and within 24 hours of delivery any damage or other problems notified to our office.
OUR 6 MONTH GUARANTEE AND REFUND POLICY
It is important to plant your plant as soon as possible after receiving it. It must be planted within 7 days. Water daily until planted and then 2 or 3 times per week after planting. Care and planting instructions are available on our website.
We guarantee a plant to grow if you have followed our care and planting instructions. Should a plant fail within 6 months, return it to us with proof of purchase and we will gladly replace it.
We do not give refunds if you change your mind. Our refund policy is as per the Trade Practices Act listed by the ACCC.
